If you are interested in learning to skills to manage the impact of ADHD on your academic abilities, mood and relationships, this group is for you!

What is it?

The NCSU Counseling Center is offering an ADHD coaching group during the Spring 2013 semester.

This group will focus on assisting students with ADHD in developing skills to compensate for issues commonly associated with this diagnosis. Weekly topics will include: mood management; time management; procrastination and motivation; study and test taking skills; interpersonal and relationship issues; and, improving concentration. This is a coaching group, not a support group; but, members will support one another in reaching their goals!

When and where does it meet?

We will meet at the NCSU Counseling Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Health Center. We will meet weekly On Tuesdays from 4-5 (or 5:30 as needed). Start date is TBA, but hopefully to start on January 15th. Room number is 2428. The group will meet for 8 weeks in a row, throughout the spring semester.
